Own a U Getcha Cash Franchise
WHY BUY A FRANCHISE?

Franchising has been a method of owning a business and profiting from an ongoing operation with growing brand awareness for decades. Relying upon an established operational methodology and receiving numerous other support services beginning with store and build-out design, product offering and consultative support, culminating with ongoing support and consultation for the franchise term; the franchisee successfully avoids the frustrating experience associated with the creation of the numerous steps required to open a business while unassisted and unsupported.

Daniel J. Popeo: Chairman, Washington Legal Foundation:

“Traditional banks exited the small denomination loan market years ago, and thus are no longer an option for working families with these needs. And those in financial crunches certainly can’t afford to bounce a check, with overdraft charges at banks soaring.”

“The payday loan industry’s rapid growth is clear evidence that consumers both want and utilize this service.” “In response to this growth, 33 states now regulate this type of lending to protect consumers from unscrupulous lenders, while at the same time preserving the payday loan option for those in need.”

The New York Times OP-ED Monday, February 24, 2003:

House of Representatives Financial Services Committee Chairman Michael Oxley has stated that actions to end national banks’ partnerships with payday lenders will “hurt the economy and will reduce much needed credit to millions of Americans at a time when we should not be randomly foreclosing our citizens’ access to credit.”

CFSA:

Today industry analysts estimate that more than 15,000 payday advance locations across America extend about $25 billion in short- term credit to millions of middle class households experiencing cash-flow shortfalls between paydays.

Al Cors Jr. Vice President for Government Affairs, National Taxpayers Union:

“American taxpayers want more choices, not fewer. And they especially resent having their elected officials, the people they pay with their hard earned taxes, take away choices that help them survive.” “The National Taxpayers Union believes that, given appropriate information, consumers can make their own decisions and handle their own finances.” “Payday advance offers consumers a safe, convenient, and dignified financial alternative.”

PriceWaterhouse Coopers at the 2004 IFA Educational Foundation:

Nationally, 767,483 franchises have created more than 18 million jobs, nearly 14percent of the country’s private sector employment according to the most recent figures. Those businesses generated $506.6 billion in payroll in 2003, the most recent IFA numbers available.

These businesses accounted for 3.2 % of all U.S. business establishments. Their economic activity accounted for: 7.4% of private sector jobs, 5.0 % of all private sector jobs, and 3.9% of all private sector output.

Shuler, Peters Bring Choices and Customer Care to Kearney
Until recently, Kearney, Ne. offered only one place to shop for rental-purchase customers. But industry veterans Mike Shuler and Heath Peters brought new life and some welcome changes in their town upon opening their Premier Rental-Purchase store late last year. The first and hardest part – getting their doors open – is over, and as they head into their second quarter, Shuler says “they are on fire!”

Congratulations to Candi Gustafson & John Sprayberry
Both John Sprayberry and Candie Gustafson say the same thing: they decided to start their own RTO business so they could treat their customers better. Stepping out of a large corporate framework, they have found being in business for themselves a pleasant change, and so have their customers.

Congratulations to Eric & Deirdre Friedland
Eric Friedland didn’t follow the usual path to RTO business ownership 13 years ago when he he leaped over working for a chain or even a smaller independent store and began his RTO career cold turkey with the opening of his own store in upstate New York. Already a proven success in retail ventures, he transferred his skills to rental purchase and watched his RTO store thrive even after he moved to Florida to escape New York winters.

John George Opens Store in Lackawana
“It was almost easy,” said John George. He hadn’t expected getting an SBA loan would go so smoothly, nor did he think opening his first RTO store would happen as gracefully as it has so far.
