He attributes his success to a pervasive developmental and support approach when interacting with associates.
Some of his success includes an Austin Sales and Marketing Award, recognition as “top margin performer in the industry” by George Sutton, analyst for Reusher-Pierce, ranked by Forbes magazine while Chief Operations Officer, as third fastest growing publicly traded company in the country (Rent Way), notable payday loan performance as an ACE Cash Express franchisee and was one of three franchisees selected to speak at their national convention about the strategy and tactics required to achieve a rapid, controlled growth through payday loans.
The next accomplishment Tom looks forward to, is the development, growth, and branding of U Getcha Cash stores for select investors desiring a sound return on their investment, with an associated growth of brand identity capable of achieving national recognition.
